lawnrrdTonight's menu for a quiet dinner at home:
Salad
Lemon-ginger roast pork loin
(with garlic custard)
Wild rice
Stir-fried snow peas with scallions and toasted pine nuts
Fresh strawberries
We cook like this a lot, if we're both home.
