lawnrrdOn the downside, despair has been far too prominent among my emotions recently.
On the upside, today was the third day in a row in which I have had a good workout.
P.S.: It is troubling to find that the thing that gives you a measure of inner peace is listening to disc 1 of the Matrix Reloaded soundtrack.
