Have you looked at today's opinion? They say outright that they're overruling Bowers v. Hardwick and invalidating the statute. Am I missing something?

You're right. It didn't come up on my supreme court monitor which makes me wonder how they can consider themselves a specialized monitor when my local gay bar sends out an announcement for a celebration party before the monitor mentions it.
