Like Ships in the Night

I went out of town last Thursday afternoon. I came home yesterday evening, and Lauren and I spent the night together. I will see her briefly Wednesday night, then again on Friday night, then that's it until the middle of next week. And we are going to be in the same city for, at most, two of the next six weekends. It's just enough already.

At least it means we give each other plenty of space in our marriage.
