In a span of about 10 minutes this morning, during which I gathered my belongings, left the house, and began walking to the subway, my mind leapt, semi-autonomously, among the following people and topics.
- Noam Chomsky (and whether it is really possible to be wrong about literally everything)
- Aristotle (and specifically book IV of the Metaphysics)
- Axiomatic Concepts
- Ayn Rand
- Edmund Burke (and whether a bigger jackass has ever been foaled)
- Whether the birth of a jackass is properly called "foaling"
- Marie Antoinette
- Prostitution
- Sexual slavery (the bad kind)
- Rape
- Fraud, as vitiating consent
- Andrea Dworkin
This sort of thing may be why I'm always tired.
