I woke up this morning feeling as though I had a massive hangover, but this is not the main problem. The main problem is I hadn't been drinking.

I did a lot of work around the house this weekend—hanging shelves in various closets, for example—so the working hypothesis is that I just overdid it. Either that, or I have gizzard cancer or something.

Have you been drinking enough water? We're all sweating an awful lot these days. Gotta replenish. You might even want to get some Gatorade in and see if that makes you feel any better.

I thought I'd been drinking a lot of water, but maybe it wasn't enough. I feel a bit better today, though, thanks.
