In case you're wondering why you haven't heard from me in a while, the answer is that I'm in Europe, where I've been for the past week or so. They have the Internet in Europe, but it hasn't been convenient. I have written out several entries in a personal journal, and I'll type them in when I get back. Still, here are a few thoughts.

• Romania is badly fucked up. Even sixty years of communist rule do not explain how this could happen. On the other hand, Romania has an disproportionately large number of very pretty girls with very sexy bodies.


• Hungary is not especially fucked up, and has good food.


• In Amsterdam, I am sometimes fucked up. Dutch girls are hot, too.
