On Such a Winter's Day

I (and about 3000 others) have wasted most of today with my browser pointed to the U.S. Patent Office's web site, expecting the patent bar results to be posted any minute. We have so far been disappointed, and it's now 5 PM. I guess that means we're waiting until Monday.

Lauren, for her part, had to go to Valley Forge today, where the snow came sooner and harder than it did here in New York City. She is currently trying to drive back to the train station for her trip home.

Over two dozen LSAT test centers will be closed tomorrow. Still waiting to hear about mine, Brooklyn College. As you would say: Gah.

I'd be OK if they rescheduled, don't really want to venture that far from home in the snow, but I'd rather know sooner than later.

i feel for your wife man.. considering i live probably 45 minutes away from valley forge. The snow hit down here at about 6 or 7am i wasnt awake at the ttime but i did get in at 5am when it wasnt...hehe
