Mostly spiritual and mental, although it may sometimes apply to physical strength, too.

Absolutely! Good observation. And as a teacher, I think you deserve a gold sticky star. That is a real tough one sometimes. People often think they are not strong but realize that fear is what is preventing them from being so. Bravo.
