As I often do just after waking up, I turned on the TV and started watching CNN.

I will be having horrible WTC flashbacks all day long.

I suffer from that same problem. whenever I see even the first second of the event, I change it instnantly, if I can get to the remote in time. otherwise I get stuck in that same falshback mode.
