A Busy Day
Feb. 28th, 2004 11:22 pmWhat I did today:
- Started the laundry.
- Finished cleaning up from the massive reorganization of the home office.
- Went to the hardware store for brackets to hold up an additional shelf in the kitchen.
- Put up an additional shelf in the kitchen.
- Went to Bed, Bath, and Beyond for lamps, a new Dustbuster®, and new faucet aerators.
- Bought dead goose.
- Put a lamp together.
- Hung new Dustbuster® next to the outlet, where the old one used to live.
- Replaced the faucet aerators.
- Felt bad about not having time to hang the other two lamps under the kitchen cabinets.
- Cut dead goose into pieces.
- Reflected on Jeffrey Dahmer.
- Rubbed pieces of dead goose with salt, pepper, thyme, and bay leaf, then put everything back into the refrigerator.
- Put the groceries away.
Plans for tomorrow:
- At
eleanor's house, boil dead goose pieces in lard for two hours.
Pour boiling lard on head of lead orc ascending siege ladder.- Meaningfully interact with
roadnotes.
- Go to Brooklyn to watch telecast of the Academy Awards.®
Lauren wanted me to add that she had a very busy day too.
