Don't Hate Me Because I'm Beautiful

In the fall of 1998, I bought three new business suits. A few months later, I left the practice of law, intending never to return. (Let that be a lesson to you all, by the way, on the precise worth of good intentions.)
Ever since, those suits have been hanging in my closet, unworn. After I put on weight, especially after Leo was born, they didn't even fit.
But I've been exercising more lately and trying to eat better. I've lost some weight, so I thought I'd try one of them on. It fit perfectly. I'm wearing it this morning to work.
I'm still planning to buy some new ones, but I'm very glad to be able to put it off a while longer. I have much better things to do with the money right now.
